Challenge - Leaks and due to the ballast it is very hard to pinpoint the location of the entry of the moisture. Ballast is stressful on the roof. Hard to due maintenance on the roof due to the ballast.
Solution - Removed the ballast from the roof. Contractor fastened the roof to eliminate the need for the ballast.
Approved Weather Barrier Contractor pressure washed the entire roof to remove all contaminants. Once the substrate was clean and dry the following Weather Barrier System was applied.
