(For Professional use Only) eather Barrier 2020 Flat Textured Elastomeric is a high solids acrylic elastomeric designed for exterior masonry and properly primed wood and metal surfaces. It is superior to conventional paints due to its outstanding adhesion, flexibility, and water sealing characteristics. Weather Barrier 2020 bridges hairline cracks, protecting substrates from wind driven rain, and it expands and contracts with temperature variations. While it prevents the penetration of wind driven rain, it also allows moisture vapor within the substrate to escape without blistering or peeling the paint. It is chalk resistant and has remarkable color retention.
