Polyurethane Foam

Spray Polyurethane Foam has been used as a roofing and insulation material for over 45 years. Sprayed Polyurethane Foam is a combination of isocyanate and polyol. These two components are fed through a proportioner which heats then pumps the two separate components to the spray gun, where they are mixed and sprayed onto the substrate. Because it is sprayed onto the roof as a liquid, it forms a single continuous structure that is seamless and very stable. Sprayed Polyurethane Foam has to be protected from exposure to the sun's ultra-violet radiation and moisture. This is where a Weather Barrier coating system comes in, it helps to protect and seal the foam from any damage.

Our synthetic rubber acrylic urethane coating system for foam roofs is the highest quality longest lasting system in the market. Our system is very tenacious over foam, has incredible elongagtion and reflects 90% of the suns rays. Weather Barrier has a synthetic rubber acrylic urethane high build system that cannot be matched by any of our compeititors. It is seamless, flexible and lightweight. Our system will expand and contract with the polyurethane foam. Let us show you the Weather Barrier Difference.
